Carlos is going to show you in this video the big difference from rowing a Stationary erg to a Dynamic one.
Carlos Dinares explains on this video why the stationary C2 is not a good rowing machine for you if you are trying to simulate rowing on the water or trying to do a safe athletic exercice. He shows you live what happens while you row them and what is different. Carlos helped Cas Rekers, inventor of Rowperfect to develop RP3. Carlos Dinares is a big believer of Indoor Dynamic Rowing as the next big change to happen in the rowing world.
In Carlos’s words:
” Rowing a stationary erg instead of a dynamic one is like using a typewriter instead of a computer. Nobody considers today to use a typewriter, WHY? It just doesn’t make any sense because if you make a mistake you need to start all over again. Well with the stationary erg is the same, you develop the wrong coordination movement and you have more chances of getting injured. Soon everyone will realize that rowing a stationary erg doesn’t make any sense at all”
Soon Carlos will talk clear C2 Dynamic erg & Dynamic RP3. Stay tuned!
