Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate
Do 1x 20 minutes (5 minutes @ 18 + 5′ @ 20 + 5′ @ 22 + 5′ @ 20)
Do 6 x 20 strokes (18-20-22-24-26- MAX) and 10 off after each 20- Total of 120 strokes ON
  

All the strokes ON are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
All the easy strokes (10 OFF after each 20 ON) are really slow (12 to 16 strokes x minute) with very light pressure.
Rest 5′ from piece to piece with some Light rowing. You can get out of the ERG.
