Carlos’s Tip #221: Let’s look at Crazy Upper Body Strength

To row properly and be able to load the blade and use our body weight to move the boat we need very good Body Strength. Look at this video and see what is possible. You don’t need to try to do what is on the video but you can start realizing that more core strength will help you a lot in your rowing. Go to a good personal trainer or rowing coach and start working on your Upper Body Strength.
