Carlos Dinares understands that everything that is done on the land needs to simulate what is done on the water. He is a believer that coaches that want to win races on the water need to look at what is done on the boat and take it to the land training.

Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate

Do 3 x 10 minutes @ 22 strokes x minute with 2′ OFF
Do 1 x 2′  MAX

All the strokes are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
Rest  5′ from the 3×10′ piece to the 2 minutes pieces.
