Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate

 Do 3 x 10 minutes (4′ @ 20 + 3′ @ 22 + 2′ @ 24 + 1′ @ 26) with 2′ OFF
Do 4 x 12 strokes MAX

 
All the strokes are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
Rest  5′  from the 3×10′ piece to the 12 strkes builders.
