Carlos Dinares explains in this video how with the help of objective feedback stroke after stroke rowers can learn faster and develop better.
Carlos Dinares believes that is a question of time to see how the whole rowing world accepts and understands that there is a better way to teach efficient rowing. He believes that teaching rowing without real objective feedback coming from a computer software is like training intensity without the contol of heart rate and lactate levels.
Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate
Do 1x 17 minutes (3′ @ 20 rate -1′ light- 4′ @ 24 -1′ light- 3′ @ 28-1′ light - 2′ @ 32- 1′ light- 1′ MAX)
Do 1x 12 minutes (4′ @ 18 rate -1′ light- 4′ @ 24 -2′ light- 1′ MAX)
All the minutes ON are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
All the easy minutes in red are really slow (12 to 16 strokes x minute) with very light pressure.
Rest 5′ from piece to piece with some Light rowing. You can get out of the ERG.
