Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate

Do 1 x 16 minutes (1′@24-2′@16-1’26-2′@16-1′@28-2′@16-1′@26-2′@16-1′@24- 1′ easy-1′ MAX!)


Do 1 x 10 minutes @ 18 – NON STOP

Do 6 x 20 strokes @ 24 MAX power with 20 strokes easy between each 20.

 

All the strokes ON the 16′ piece are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate (only 1′ easy)
All the easy strokes are really slow (12 to 16 strokes x minute) with very light pressure.
Rest from 2′ to 5′ from piece to piece with some Light rowing. You can get out of the ERG.
