Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate

Do 30 minutes non stop (5′ @ 18 – 5′ @ 24 – 5′ 16 – 5′ @ 26- 5′ @ 18 – 5′ @ 22)

Do 1 x 90 seconds MAX 

All the strokes ON the 30′ piece are at PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
Rest from 2′ to 5′ from piece to piece with some Light rowing. You can get out of the ERG.
