Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate

 Do 1 x 20 minutes (1minute 45 seconds @ 22 MAX pressure + 15 seconds LIGHT @ 16) x 10 NON STOP
Do 1 x 10 minutes (2 minutes @ 18 ON – 1′ easy- 2′ ON @ 26 – 1′ easy- 2′ @ 20 ON- 1′ easy – 2′ @ MAX)

Do 5 Full starts of 12 strokes each working on the principles we talked on the tip of the day!
All the strokes ON are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
All the easy strokes are really slow (12 to 16 strokes x minute) with very light pressure.
Rest from 2′ to 5′ from piece to piece with some Light rowing. You can get out of the ERG.
