Today’s Workout:

Warm up 5 minutes easy rowing @ 20 stroke rate
Do 1x 17 minutes (3′ @ 18 rate -1′ light- 4′ @ 22 -1′- 3′ @ 26-1′- 2′ @ 30- 1′- 1′ MAX)
Do 1x 12 minutes (4′ @ 18 rate -1′ light- 4′ @ 24 -2′- 1′ MAX
)

All the minutes ON are at MAXIMUM PRESSURE and the suggested stroke rate.
All the easy minutes in red are really slow (12 to 16 strokes x minute) with very light pressure.
Rest 5′ from piece to piece with some Light rowing. You can get out of the ERG.
