About Carlos

People first.
Details followed through.

I’m Carlos Dinares. My role is to help the homeowner feel heard, understand the project, and have a clear place to turn when questions need an answer.

A different perspective on the project

Looking at it
through your eyes.

I grew up in Barcelona and have lived in the United States since 2004. Today, Vashon Island is home.

At Meade Building, my work brings together client communication, budget explanations, meetings, schedules, and follow-up across residential projects.

Drew brought me into the company to see things from the client’s perspective. He wanted someone who would take time to understand what the owner wants and ask the questions that help the team get there—even when that means pushing the conversation.

That is the role this service builds on: personal attention supported by organized information and consistent follow-through.

How I approach the work

Listen carefully.
Speak honestly. Follow through.

01

Understand the person.

A home project is personal. I want to understand what matters to the homeowner before treating a question as just another item on a list.

02

Make the information useful.

A good update gives context. It separates the decision from the action and makes the current position easier to understand.

03

Stay with the question.

If something is unresolved, it stays visible. I follow up with the people responsible and bring the response back into the conversation.

The company behind the service

Part of
Meade Building.

This is a Meade Building service, built from the client liaison and coordination work I do on the company’s projects.

It can be discussed as part of a Meade project or for a home being built by another contractor. In each case, the working relationship, responsibilities, and fee are made clear through Meade.

Beyond the project

Attention.
Consistency. Teamwork.

Rowing is an important part of my life. The habits it asks of us—careful attention, consistency, honest feedback, and working toward a shared result—also shape how I approach a project.

A good place to start

Your project deserves
a clear advocate.

If you have a complex home project and limited time to follow every detail, let’s talk about the support that would make a difference. The role and fee are agreed through Meade Building.

Until next time
