A client point of contact.
A person who spends time understanding the homeowner’s priorities, gathers questions, and keeps them connected to the right team members.
For off-island builders
Bring a dedicated client liaison into the project, through Meade Building, so your homeowners have someone focused on their questions, priorities, and experience.

You build. We stay connected.
Building a home asks a lot of a contractor. The homeowner also needs time, context, and a person who will follow up when something is unclear.
Carlos’s role brings the client’s perspective into the work: listening to what they want, organizing information, and following up with the project team. For a builder based off the island, that can add a local point of contact and a consistent record of the conversation.
Meade Building can provide this as a defined, fee-based service while your company remains the builder.

What the support can include
A person who spends time understanding the homeowner’s priorities, gathers questions, and keeps them connected to the right team members.
Clear notes, actions, responsibilities, and decisions that give the owner, builder, and designer a shared starting point.
Help organizing the information the builder provides, explaining changes, and identifying the cost questions that still need a response.
Agreed site presence, coordination, and homeowner-focused observations that bring context to the next conversation.
The working arrangement
A useful relationship depends on everyone understanding the role. The engagement is shaped around the project and agreed through Meade Building.
Identify the homeowner or builder requesting support, the point of contact, and how the agreement will be structured through Meade.
Define the communication, meeting support, budget explanations, decision tracking, site presence, and follow-up to be included.
Agree who is copied on updates, how decisions are confirmed, where records live, and how urgent or technical questions reach the responsible person.
Discuss expected time, meeting frequency, site visits, duration, deliverables, and the fee. The agreed scope guides the work.
The homeowner stays central
This role works best when the team welcomes questions and wants the homeowner to understand the project. Carlos will raise concerns and ask for clarification when something does not appear to serve the owner’s stated priorities.
The point is a better-informed client, a clearer record, and a team that knows what needs attention.
“Does the homeowner understand the choice—and does it support what they want?”
